The canned pump is a leak-free pump. The motor and the pump are integrated, so that the electric pump is completely leak-free. Different models of canned pumps of different brands have very different appearances and internal structures, but the working principles are similar.
The impeller of the shielded pump and the rotor of the motor are fixed on the same shaft, the rotor and the stator are separated by a shielding sleeve, the rotor runs in the conveyed medium, and its power is transmitted to the rotor through the stator magnetic field.
The conveyed medium flows into the pump body from the pump inlet, and is boosted by the rotation of the impeller, and most of the medium is discharged from the pump outlet. A part of the medium is introduced into the motor, which first lubricates the front bearing, then flows through the gap between the stator and the rotor to cool the motor, then lubricates the rear bearing, and finally enters the central through hole of the rotor shaft from the tail to return to the pump inlet.
Requirements
1. No-load operation is strictly prohibited.
2. The foreign matter in the device should be thoroughly removed before operation.
3. The cut-off operation shall not last for 1 minute. Do not continue to run in reverse.
4. During operation, if abnormal sound or vibration is found, the cause should be quickly identified and the fault should be eliminated in time.
5. When the protective device is in action, continuous operation is not allowed until the cause of the action is found out and the fault is completely eliminated.
6. When the operation is stopped, the medium in the pump may freeze, and preventive measures should be taken.
7. The normal working state of the pump must be within the performance parameter range required by the corresponding parameter test report.
8. It is strictly forbidden to open the cover with power on in the slightly dangerous place, pay attention to protect the explosion-proof surface during maintenance, and the cable entry requirements,
